In a completely gentle, safe, private and non-invasive way, through opening up the power of the mind, The LifeLine Technique® (that’s a unique healing technique, not the Lifeline charity we know in Australia) releases pain, fear and stress that is being held in the body. It is content-free which means you do not need to share any specific details about the stressful or painful experience associated with any traumas; or what is going on in your life.
The LifeLine Technique® originated from, and combined, 14+ holistic modalities (or practices) creating one unified system of healing. The modalities include

How does The LifeLine Technique® work?
At the root of every symptom, stress and disease is a subconscious belief – an emotional pattern of reaction. We call this ‘the subconscious mind’. When activated this subconscious pattern of reaction will cause both behavioural and biological ‘dis-ease’, keeping you stuck in a cycle of physical or emotional pain.
The LifeLine Technique® provides a roadmap through the subconscious mind which opens up new pathways to understanding symptoms and stress. It enables you to identify subconscious emotional patterns of reaction and transform them thereby having a direct impact on genetic expressions affecting your physical or emotional health.
Symptoms, stress and disease are the language your body and your life uses to awaken you to health and wellbeing. Rather than something being wrong, your body is asking you to take notice and calls your attention to the ‘dis-ease’. In other words it is saying, something is out of balance, please make a change.
